  • Feather Lash & Brow Boutique is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. We do not accept any walk-ins.

  • A credit card may be required to book any appointment.

  • All FULL SET LASH EXTENSION appointments require a $100 deposit when booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

WE HIGHLY VALUE OUR CLIENT'S TIME. WE WOULD LIKE OUR CLIENTS TO VALUE OUR'S AS WELL...

For this reason, we have a FIRM cancellation policy. We kindly ask that our clients give us NO LESS than 48 hours to cancel “most” appointments. This is still short notice, but we understand that things do happen. Failure to cancel prior to 48 hours, will result in a 50% charge of the full price of your appointment. Day of cancellations or “no shows” will result in a 100% full price charge. If this happens more than once, you may be terminated as a client, or will be required to pay in full AND in advance for any future appointments made.

All FULL SET LASH EXTENSION appointments require a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit when booking, because we hold a 2-3 hour appointment spot for you. If you cancel your appointment within 3 weeks of the appointment date, you will forfeit the deposit. Please remember that time is money. We appreciate your grace & understanding of these policies.

TWO LASH EXTENSION/BROW STYLIST positions. Station rent is $650/month.

ONE ESTHETICIAN, OR MASSAGE THERAPIST. Room is 10.5ft x 13.5ft and rent is $1,200/month. Includes laundry service, your own sign in front of building, and many other amenities!
